Our Code of Conduct Principles

1. Legal and Policy Compliance

All individuals must adhere to applicable local/international laws, Trust Allay’s internal policies, and the Code of Conduct.


2. Reporting and Whistleblowing

Concerns must be reported in good faith through designated channels. Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.


3. Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination

A respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment must be maintained. Discrimination, abuse, and exploitation are prohibited.


4. Safeguarding

Children and vulnerable adults must be protected from exploitation and abuse. Sexual misconduct and transactional sex are strictly forbidden.


5. Financial and Property Stewardship

Trust Allay resources must be used responsibly and only for work purposes. Personal gain from company property or knowledge is not allowed.


6. Integrity and Anti-Corruption

Bribery, corruption, nepotism, and favouritism are strictly prohibited. All actions must be honest, fair, and impartial.


7. Conflict of Interest

Personal interests that may interfere with Trust Allay duties must be disclosed and managed appropriately.


8. Professionalism

High standards of behaviour, punctuality, respect, and commitment to excellence are expected at all times.


9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Sensitive information must be safeguarded and handled in line with data protection laws and internal guidelines.


10. Health and Safety

Everyone must contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.


11. Environmental Responsibility

Efforts should be made to minimize harm to the environment and comply with environmental regulations.


12. Social Media Use

Engagement on social media must reflect good judgment and not harm Trust Allay’s reputation. Official inquiries should be referred to appropriately.
